Jill Baker C.Psychol, GAICD (Director)
Jill has over 20 years’ experience working as a consultant with multi-nationals, large national organisations and SME’s in the area of performance review and assessment of potential at senior management and board level. She worked in London, Hong Kong and Singapore, latterly as Managing Director, South-East Asia for a multi-national consultancy group, prior to moving to Australia in 2000. Projects have given her exposure to many industry sectors, including finance and banking, manufacturing, consumer goods, chemicals, transport, airlines, project management, technology, oil and various government departments. Jill is a Chartered Psychologist (UK), holds a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Finance and Accounting (Aust) and is a graduate member of the AICD.
Jill Baptist MBA, FFin, GAICD (Associate)
Jill’s career has spanned more than 20 years in banking, finance and insurance in London, Sydney and Melbourne. She has worked in financial markets, credit, retail and commercial banking, insurance, project management and strategy. Senior roles have involved managing significant business divisions, leading business improvement initiatives, joint ventures and turnarounds and advising on mergers, all of which required anticipating and aligning diverse stakeholder interests, working across a wide range of industry sectors, and understanding the dynamics of various business strategies. Critical to her success has been the ability to form a view on the health of organisations, their compliance regimes and key areas of competence. Jill holds an MBA, is an Alumnus of IMD (Lausanne) and a Fellow of FINSIA. She is a director of two private investment companies, a non-executive director of two not-for-profit organisations, and a graduate member of the AICD.
